The basics

Everyone starts from £60.0m: Enough for two of the league's priciest players, never three. Spending it is the decision.
Points count for nothing: Goals might move a price. The price is the only thing that scores.
Up to 10 players: No positions to fill, no club limits. Hold fewer and keep the rest as cash.
Highest return wins: Ranked on percentage return, and measured against the whole market.
