The short version

We store your email address, your FPL Team ID, and the public FPL data we use to value your squad.
We do not run analytics, we do not track you, we do not advertise, and we never sell or share your data with anyone for their own purposes.
Our access to Fantasy Premier League is read-only. We cannot change anything in your FPL account and never try to.
Ask us to delete you and we delete you.

Who we are

Fantasy Fund Manager is a free game run by an individual in the United Kingdom. For data protection purposes we are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at hello@fantasyfundmanager.co.uk.

What we store, and why

Your email address: It is how you sign in. There are no passwords here — you enter your email, we send a code, and that is the whole account.; Lawful basis — Necessary to provide the service you asked for.
Your FPL Team ID, and your public FPL data: Your squad, your transfers and the prices you paid. This is what we value. It is the same information anyone can see on the FPL website for a given team, and we read it — we never write to your FPL account.; Lawful basis — Necessary to provide the service you asked for.
Your fund, worked out from the above: Holdings, cash, profit, daily valuations and your position on the leaderboards. All of it is calculated from the two items above and from public player prices.; Lawful basis — Necessary to provide the service you asked for.
Whether you want marketing email, and when you said so: If you tick the box or press the button, we record the moment you did. If you unsubscribe, we record that too and keep it, so you cannot accidentally end up back on the list later.; Lawful basis — Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

What we do not do

There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no third-party scripts building a profile of you, and no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in, which is strictly necessary and disappears when you sign out.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone who wants it for their own purposes.

Who else handles it

Three companies process data on our behalf, under contract, and only to run the service:

Supabase — Stores the database and handles sign-in. Your email address and everything about your fund lives here.
Vercel — Hosts the website and serves the pages you are reading.
Resend — Sends email. Sign-in codes always, and marketing only if you asked for it. Our sending is set up in their EU region.

We also read data from the Fantasy Premier League website. That is a one-way street: we fetch public information about teams and player prices, and we send nothing to FPL about you, ever.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Ask us to delete it and we remove your account, your email address and your fund. Two things survive, and it is fair to say so: anonymous historical player prices, which are not about you at all and are the backbone of the game; and a record that an address unsubscribed, because the alternative is being unable to keep our promise not to email you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@fantasyfundmanager.co.uk and we will sort it out. You can stop marketing email instantly using the link at the bottom of any message, or from your account page.

If you think we have got something wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
